Caroline Schwane

Caroline Schwane, works for Frontier Dental Management as the corporate manager of Training and Human Resources. Her professional experience and areas of interest center on organizational analysis and development, change management, and employee relations. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin at River Falls with a B.S. in Speech Communication (emphasis: Business Communication). She will graduate with her MBA (emphasis: Global Business) from Pepperdine’s Graziadio School in August, 2005. Upon completion of her thesis in April, 2006, she will graduate with her M.A. in Communication from Pepperdine’s Seaver College.
