Jackie Rubin, PhD, has worked successfully as an internal and external organizational development professional in both profit and non-profit industries for more than 25 years. Working with executives to design and implement strategies to improve organizational effectiveness, several of her programs have become “best practice.” She has consulted with leaders in a wide variety of industries such as: pharmaceutical, healthcare, information technology, entertainment, and biomedical research and manufacturing. Dr. Rubin earned her MA in Rehabilitation Counseling from Fresno State University and her PhD from International College in Organizational Development.
