Mark V. Cannice, PhD, is Department Chair and Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation with the University of San Francisco School of Management. Dr. Cannice writes the quarterly Silicon Valley Venture Capitalist Confidence Index Research Report (Bloomberg ticker: SVVCCI), and has been a Visiting Professor with the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Peking University. He founded his own company, Pacific Business Development, Inc., and served nine years as a U.S. Naval Officer.
