This podcast interview features Otis W. Baskin, PhD, professor of management at Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management, where he also served as Dean from 1995- 2001. Baskin is a consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group and has worked with family-owned businesses in the United States, Europe, Asia, the Middle-East, and Latin America over the past 19 years. His primary expertise is in helping family businesses develop plans for leadership succession, development of next generation leaders, and family ownership/governance structures.
