Bernardo Weaver, MBA, LLM
Bernardo Weaver is a financier with 20 years of experience in infrastructure deals all over the world, advising the World Bank and governments of several countries. Mr. Weaver mostly advises public-private partnership (PPP) in infrastructure, with focus on airports, roads, trains, metros and power plants. Mr. Weaver has worked on deals and visited almost every country in Latin America, in Europe, as well as parts of Africa and the Middle East, as well as the republics of the former Soviet Union, and India. Mr. Weaver provides financial modeling training to some of the largest banks and hedge funds on Wall Street and London. He also teaches M&A at Georgetown University and Pepperdine MBA programs. He holds an MBA in Finance from Wharton, an LLM in Insurance law from the Connecticut School of law, and a law degree from PUC-RJ.
