Alexei Petrov, PhD, is Global Principal Network Architect with Whirlpool Corporation, the world leader in home appliances. Dr. Petrov is responsible for formulation of Whirlpool’s global network strategy and its execution. He has a 12-year successful track record in development and implementation of various Information Technologies (IT) in the Fortune 500 environment (Whirlpool, FedEx, Toshiba) and startups that he founded and worked for, such as Rubicon Technology Group, as well as in academia. He has a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Graziadio School of Business and Management.
