If the Federal debt causes investors to lose confidence in America’s ability to pay back loans, investors will demand higher rates of return making it harder for the U.S. to borrow money.

Rob Jamplis, received his B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California and is a current MBA student at Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. After being commissioned as a Naval Officer, he graduated from naval flight school in 2008. He has served multiple tours overseas in Japan as both a fixed-wing and helicopter pilot, participating in several multi-national exercises, humanitarian relief missions, and search and rescue operations.
