Diane Beakey, PhD, is a faculty member of the Applied Behavioral Science Department in the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University, and Principal of The Beakey Group, a Los Angeles based-consulting firm, with a wide variety of clients in industries including: finance, information technology, oil and gas, entertainment, and healthcare industries. Dr. Beakey holds an MS in Organizational Development from Brigham Young University and a PhD in Psychology from International College. With over 33 years experience as a corporate executive educator and consultant to organizations, she has combined an extensive background in developing leadership capacity, and enhancing organizational abilities/transformation.
