The connections that people have with Peter Drucker is amazing. Although some may not agree with his writings, especially given the breadth and scope of his work, the fact that we can discuss openly about his thoughts is a tribute to his contribution to the study of management. He called management a liberal art--it's all about people.

Dear Joseph Lee,

I thought you might be interested to know that my father went to NYU - Stern for his MBA and one of his professors was Peter Drucker.

In & Out has to be one of best business models, they have been doing it for over 50 years...and no matter what time you go you have to wait in line and the food is always perfect along with excellent service.

That is what proper training & management is all about!

I was first introduced to the concept of the Double Double Animal Style in one of my Pepperdine MBA classes..... 20 years later, every trip I make to California involves at least one meal there and that is what is ordered.

What an awesome model, wish we could get one up here in Seattle!
